Ceremonial Grade Cacao Chia Pudding

A Rich Flavour
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
- 2 tablespoons ceremonial grade cacao powder
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, ceremonial grade cacao powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Whisk or stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure the cacao powder is well incorporated.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir it again to prevent clumping.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate it for at least 2-3 hours, or ideally overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- Before serving, give the pudding a good stir. If it's too thick, you can add a bit more milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Serve the ceremonial grade cacao chia pudding with toppings like fresh berries, sliced bananas, shredded coconut, or a sprinkle of additional cacao powder for extra flavour.
